Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities Provide basic care to residents and assist them in daily activities. Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner. Observe and reports to changes in residents' conditions. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements Must have a valid CT C.N.A certification Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
