Position: Cisco Telecom Engineer
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA (30342)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $40-$50/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Day to Day: The Telecom Engineer will provide Cisco phone support, engage and set up E911, Cisco phone expansion, calls routed appropriately, VM set up configuration, attendance, ATV, and ACD work. Supports Cisco phone system On Premise, maintain, in person server maintenance if needed, deploying new phones, replacing old phones. Remote support of Cisco Jabber, adding a new agent to ACD group, programing automatic script software houses to add phones. SIP Trunking.
