Customer Success Manager | Naperville, IL

Our client is a rapidly growing, dynamic healthcare services business looking for an exceptional and strategic Customer Success Manager to join their team in Naperville, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clients receive top-tier support, guidance, and solutions tailored to their unique needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer support representatives and team leads, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee customer support operations, including call center management, complaint resolution, and account servicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize workflows, and elevate service standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with outsourced support teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and service expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support continuous development to drive team success.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to create a cohesive and efficient customer journey.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Utilize customer feedback to refine service strategies and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices by attending relevant events, conferences, and professional development programs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a lead customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role within a B2B or Healthcare organization.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Experience in healthcare, waste management, or compliance services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a data-driven approach to customer success.
