Your New Role...

We are seeking a bold and versatile Designer to join our global creative team focused on developing trend-forward, storytelling-rich style guides that shape how our brands show up in the world. This role is ideal for a hybrid creative who thrives on translating narrative into visual systems and brings a fresh, culturally attuned point of view to every project.

As a key contributor to our style guide team, you’ll be responsible for crafting original artwork, graphics, and design kits that inspire global product collections. You’ll interpret trend insights, franchise strategy, and brand DNA into compelling visual assets that surprise and delight fans worldwide.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Job Responsibilities

• Create original illustrated artwork, graphics, and design systems for global style guides
• Translate franchise storytelling and trend insights into visual assets that inspire product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency
• Present and pitch design concepts internally with clarity and confidence
• Stay current on cultural, fashion, and entertainment trends to inform future-facing design
• Manage multiple projects with agility, delivering high-quality creative under tight timelines

Qualifications & Experience...

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in consumer products, entertainment, or a design studio
• Proven ability to translate story into commercial art—graphics, illustration, and character design

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• BA, BFA, or equivalent in design, illustration, or related discipline preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, trend fluency, and technical execution required

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple franchises
• Clear communicator with strong presentation and pitching skills
• Self-starter with a tenacious attitude and a passion for pop culture and entertainment
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Understanding of licensing business models and global brand management is a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,160.00 - $115,440.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
