The Digital Marketing Project Manager role is responsible for delivering SEO, digital advertising and social media services to Finalsite’s clients ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services and projects.

Project & Client Management
Oversee the delivery of digital marketing and analytics services for assigned clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, strategy discussions, and performance updates.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meet client objectives, and align with Finalsite’s quality standards.
Lead or support the creation of custom website pages that support marketing and conversion goals.
Track and report on key client performance metrics, including retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
Client Retention & Growth
Analyze project outcomes and retention data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Support renewals and cross-team collaboration with Sales and Client Success to identify upsell opportunities and improve retention rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with other consulting teams (DMS, Advantage, Design, Client Success) to ensure cohesive client experiences.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on analytics integrations and usability enhancements.
Contribute to internal discussions on process improvements and new service offerings.
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, or project management or equivalent education.
Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media strategy.
Skilled in analyzing and communicating data-driven insights.
Proficiency in:
Google Analytics 4
Google Ads and major social media ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Google Docs Suite
Preferred experience with:
Google Looker Studio
Google Tag Manager
Crazy Egg (heat/scroll mapping)
Finalsite Platform
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.
