Job Description

Position Title: Digitization Documentation Specialist

Location: Jessup, Maryland (100% onsite with flexible working hours)

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour

Contract Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension or transition to a different role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the digitization of documentation and data management processes.
• Ensure accurate data entry and organization of electronic files.
• Assist in various administrative and technical tasks related to document management.
• Collaborate with team members and follow specific project guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and Adobe applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Dependable, adaptable, and productive work ethic.
• Prior relevant experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
