Job Title: Junior Consultant – Dynamics 365 Business Central

Location: On-site – Carlsbad, CA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate with a background in Accounting and Finance to join our Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) department . No prior experience with Dynamics BC is required—just a strong foundation in financial principles and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in ERP consulting while applying their financial expertise in a dynamic IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze business needs and recommend financial and accounting solutions.
• Participate in training sessions and gain hands-on experience with ERP systems .
• Support clients with troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes .
• Good understanding of using technology for process automation
• Understanding and experience with Microsoft tools like excel and outlook for emails.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
• Ability to work on-site at our Carlsbad, CA office.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business software.
• Internship or coursework related to accounting software, ERP, or financial systems .
