Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to oversee and manage contractors in the field. This role is responsible for ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, tracking project progress, and reporting to the project lead. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and remove blockers to maintain workflow efficiency. Candidates will be in the field for entire day-shift and monitor project progress. Projects range from small, commercial construction to large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical contractors in the field.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to prevent project delays.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
• Work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
• Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and field operations.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 5+ year + experience running a crew.
