Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support our marketing and project teams in Charlotte. This role provides hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives, client events, and campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating client events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
• Support the marketing team with research and data collection for campaigns and client projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
