Are you an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician looking to grow with a leading manufacturer? Our manufacturing client is expanding and seeking skilled technicians to join their team on 2nd or 3rd shift basis . Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of production equipment
• Diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs, tools, and materials
• Operate machine tools for installation and repairs
• Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams
• Perform major equipment overhauls and upgrades
• Mentor and train junior maintenance team members
• Consistently follow safety protocols, quality standards, and housekeeping policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Experience with plastic injection or blow molding is a plus
• Proficient with microprocessor-controlled equipment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to take initiative

Pay: 30-35/hr.
