Job Description
:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This role will play a key part in planning and executing branded events, ensuring every detail is aligned with client objectives and delivered with excellence. If you're passionate about logistics, timelines, and creating seamless experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to execution
Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure clear communication and deliverables
Manage event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
Conduct site visits and pre-event briefings with staff
Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Monitor event performance and collect post-event feedback for improvement
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company regulations
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event planning software is a plus
