The Family Office Bill Pay Specialist is a key member of the Family Office Team and will meticulously ensure accuracy in all payment processing and record-keeping activities. We are a prestigious family office providing comprehensive financial and administrative services to high-net-worth families. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions.
S pecific responsibilities include:
· Manage and process bill payments using Bill.com and QuickBooks.
· Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and bills.
· Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
· Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve billing issues.
· Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
· Support other administrative tasks related to bill pay.

A college degree and/or several years of experience in the bill pay field with client contact would be a plus.
