Manager of Finance (Global FP&A)

My client is looking for a highly motivated finance leader to drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across global operations. This role will streamline processes, enhance financial visibility, and support decision-making through advanced financial modeling and corporate budgeting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Standardize FP&A processes and implement best practices globally.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operations.
• Develop management reporting tools and forward-looking indicators to anticipate market changes.
• Enhance efficiency through financial technology integration.
• Build product and customer profitability reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial modeling for special projects, M&A, and operational improvements.
• Oversee corporate department budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion a culture of integrity and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a global industrial environment.
• Strong financial modeling and budgeting expertise.
• Experience with management reporting systems.
• Process improvement mindset.
