Floating Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide - Compassionate Care Team

Primary Responsibilities
Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN, in accordance with the Aide Plan of Care.
Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Communicate changes in patient condition and provide necessary documentation for continuity of care.
Promote respect, privacy, and dignity for each patient.
Assist with nutrition and hydration, ensuring proper patient care.
Adhere to infection control standards and agency policies to provide quality care.
Contribute to the agency’s success with effective time management and collaboration.
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred.
Current CNA license.
Valid State Driver's License.
Willing and able to float between locations, covering vacations, illnesses, etc.
At least one year of experience preferred in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, or hospice.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient welfare.
Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
Position Details
Position: Full-Time, Hourly
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay
Location: Various areas throughtout DFW
