Job Description

YOU MUST LIVE IN RALEIGH, DURHAM (TRIANGLE) AREA OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.

Builder Clarity is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking someone who is seeking an opportunity to assist the team develop automations using Zapier/N8N/Make, API integration and iterate on our BI Dashboard SaaS product as we pivot toward using MCPs and AI Agents.

We are not looking for people to relocate. You must live in commute distance to office in Downtown Durham. New College Graduates are welcome.

Hybrid Role : 2-3 days a week in office and remote as needed.
Growth-Oriented Pay : Compensation will increase as you demonstrate your abilities and take on more responsibilities.

Necessary Knowledge and Abilities:

Ability to learn and be proactive.
Experience with API Development & Integration.
Experience with AI-driven software Development.
Experience with Database Design and Queries.
Understanding of BI Tools.
Understanding How to Use and Provision No-Code/Low-Code tools (Zapier, Make, N8N).
Transform data in Excel.
Create Instructional Videos (via webcam) and standard operating process (SOP) documentation.
Break large projects into smaller, manageable tasks and track progress.
Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Interact with clients via Zoom or equivalent.

Helpful Knowledge and Ability:

Understanding of Construction Operations and Workflows.
Understanding of Revenue Operations (Go High Level / Hubspot).
Understanding of Emerging LLM Capabilities and Features.
Experience using MCPs for Software Development.
