Functional Medicine Physician $250/hr (40%-Remote)(Mental Health, Addiction Medicine)

Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Functional Medicine Physician to join their team. You will provide direct patient care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns and performing thorough examinations to diagnose their medical problem and prescribe medication or create a treatment plan if necessary.
Provide comprehensive exams and follow-up
Assist in the development, promotion and delivery of brain health
Order and administer tests including bloodwork
Utilize nutraceutical, pharmacological, neurophysiological, and behavioral approaches in the treatment of patients and families.
Management of patient case load: completing timely reports, maintaining charts, addressing patient concerns, and ensure the privacy and proper handling of patient information in accordance with State and Federal regulation.
Remain current with functional medicine, brain imaging, psychiatric, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical.
Assess potential causes and effects of toxic, metabolic, infectious, inflammatory, hormonal and other factors.
Ensure patient records are kept up to date including test results, immunizations, condition changes, etc.

$250/hour Full support staff
3 days onsite in Dallas, and 2 days remote.

Requirements
BC in Functional Medicine or Primary Care
Current Texas State Medical license or willing to obtain
