Graphic Designer - eCommerce & Digital Advertising

We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Graphic Designer who specializes in eCommerce and digital advertising. You'll manage our online brand identity across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ads while innovating with AI-powered design tools. Ideal candidates are passionate about advertising psychology, enjoy creative testing, and have video editing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive visual designs for eCommerce channels (website elements, product pages, emails, social assets, display/video ads)
• Develop rapid prototypes in Figma (or similar), incorporate feedback, and execute A/B testing
• Utilize AI design tools (Maker, Midjourney, DALL·E) to enhance workflows and generate assets
• Build high-converting landing pages using developer collaboration or platforms like Shopify/Unbounce
• Edit short-form videos for social ads, product demos, and email content
• Maintain brand consistency while evolving guidelines as needed
• Analyze performance metrics to inform design decisions and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate across marketing, copywriting, and analytics teams

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing for fast-paced eCommerce brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing email, ad, and website design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience with AI design tool integration
• Demonstrated video editing skills for digital channels
• Data-driven approach to design with testing mindset
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Knowledge of advertising psychology and consumer behavior
