Maximum Services Inc. is looking to fill multiple heavy equipment operator positions. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.

• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently. Dig ditches or trenches, back-fill excavations and level earth to grade m specifications with proper compaction practices.
• Take Proper Care of Equipment.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspection of the equipment.
• Identify and relay any potential issues.
• Communicate, follow directions and work successfully with employers, crew members, and supervisors.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Safely and comfortably work with and around heavy equipment.
• Be willing to perform different types of manual labor if required including, but not limited to lifting, hand/power tools and shoveling.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment (multiple types preferred including but not limited to excavator, loader, dozer, skidsteer, motorgrader, compactor).
• Previous utility, excavation, and finish grading experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions.
• Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and be safety oriented.
• Be dependable, punctual and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
