Job Title: HR Assistant (Direct Hire)

Job Description:

LHH is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our client's team on a direct hire basis. This position is located in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a passion for human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records and documentation.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
