Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and possess advanced skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiovascular conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive cardiac care in the clinic and affiliated hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic and interventional cardiology services, including coronary angioplasty, stent placement, and other minimally invasive procedures.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and nuclear stress tests.
  • Manage acute coronary syndromes and other cardiac emergencies.
  • Provide follow-up care and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.
  • Mentor and supervise residents and fellows, as well as students during their clinical rotations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in interventional cardiology.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Participate in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Board certification for New York.
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Proven track record of successful clinical practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
