At Absolute New York, our mission is to bring affordable & accessible beauty to all genders, races, and ethnicities. We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
· Create visually engaging graphics, videos, website banners, email templates, and other multimedia content for digital platforms.
· Designing and optimizing digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
· Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
· Collaborate with creative teams to execute designs that are effective, on-brand and eye-catching
· Design development and execution of core brand for new product launches
· Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, After Effect, Video Editing
· Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
· Portfolio of work
· Strong time management and ability to multitask· Knowledge of SEO, Conduct keyword research, and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings is a plus
· Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
