Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent located in Coral Springs, FL. The Licensed Health Agent will be responsible for providing personalized insurance advice, assisting clients in selecting the best insurance plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
· Actively sell health, dental, and vision insurance to individuals and families, aiming to meet or surpass sales goals.
· Assess clients' financial situations and coverage needs to ultimately recommend the best insurance options for them.
· Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and remaining in touch.
· Expand business reach through networking techniques and marketing strategies to obtain new potential clients and promote insurance products.
· Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, following company guidelines and federal regulations.
· 40-hour work weeks + are expected and advised
Qualifications
· 2-15 Health, Life & Annuities License (course available to obtain the license if needed)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in customer service and sales
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Experience with insurance sales software is a plus but not required
