gpac is searching for an experienced Maintenance Manager within the meat processing industry! Our client is a locally owned and operated business in the Twin Cities market and they've been supporting the beef industry for over 6 decades now. The company's goals are to provide their customers with support locally and globally; they pride themselves on a great company culture and that's apparent in the number of tenured staff the company has!

Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

* Shift will run from 5am-1:30pm
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
* Punctual, dependable and reliable
* Computer knowledge is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base Salary between $100,000-$140,000
401K Plan with a 3% Match
Employee Pricing on Products
Paid vacation & sick leave per company policy
