Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence and efficiency. You will lead long-term initiatives, collaborate with teams across various locations, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions to boost production and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and present recommendations to senior leadership, including project details and potential challenges.
• Create and manage timelines and objectives for multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Implement Overall Asset Effectiveness strategies.
• Analyze and report on production activities.
• Direct process improvement projects and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) initiatives.
• Track team progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Train team members in project management and continuous improvement practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years in an operational improvement role.
• Experience in the electronics/RF industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and problem-solving techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Products.
