A well-respected local CPA firm in Wichita, KS is looking to add an Audit Manager to their team. Responsibilities:

Prepare, execute, and review audits prepared by others
Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
Review and mentor junior and staff auditors
Ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements
Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or equivalent
3+ years of public accounting experience
1-2+ years of management/supervisory experience
CPA preferred or eligible
Ability to lead and delegate effectively

Compensation and Benefits:

$85,000-110,000+/year DOE
Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, 401k match, PTO
Flexible summer schedule
