What You’ll Be Doing…

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Perform accurate data entry and invoicing
• Support sales and assist with event planning
• Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance
• Assist the Office Manager and leadership with various tasks
• Coordinate team apparel and safety procedures

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Positive team attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

Here’s the important details:

• Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite)
• Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM
• Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check
