Description Overview: We're seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a team of executives in the mortgage and property management space. Key Responsibilities: + Provide direct administrative support to company executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. + Assist with mortgage and property management documentation, data entry, and client communications. + Manage and maintain files, contracts, and property records with attention to detail and confidentiality. + Prepare reports, track project progress, and assist with meeting coordination. + Serve as a bilingual point of contact for internal and external partners, handling inquiries in both English and Spanish. + Support marketing, client outreach, and small business initiatives as assigned. + Contribute ideas and improvements that align with company growth and efficiency goals. Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of administrative or office support experience; background in mortgage, real estate, or property management preferred. + Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written proficiency required). + Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). + Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. + Demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen-resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs. + Professional demeanor with the ability to support executives and clients with discretion and tact.
