Position Overview
The Operator 2 – Harvest Tractor Operator is an essential role within our Harvest team. This position is responsible for transporting harvested products to cooling facilities and ensuring that all materials needed for harvest are delivered safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Complete daily equipment inspections on KipTraq before operation.

• Operate a tractor with an attached trailer, transporting harvested product and materials.

• Ensure tractors and trailers meet safety and food safety standards before use.

• Verify that all materials required for baby leaf harvests are properly loaded based on customer needs.

• Transport harvested products to the cooling facility and verify accuracy of harvest tickets.

• Secure trailers safely before transport.

• Troubleshoot basic tractor issues and report larger concerns to the maintenance team.

• Follow all company policies, food safety requirements, and PPE standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 months agricultural experience .

• At least 1+ years of tractor operating experience .

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and dependability.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods while operating equipment.

• Ability to safely climb on and off equipment.

• Experience using hand tools.

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

• Flexibility to work day, evening, or night shifts as required.
