Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Parts Manager who will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. He/she will accomplish objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising. The Parts Manager must be a profit producer and will work with the service team to optimize mechanic efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Conduct meetings with parts department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest and to develop strategies for a more efficient operation.
• Attend managers' meetings.
• Excellent supervisory, training, and coaching skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base: $83k
• Company Performance Bonus (monthly) - every employee receives a monthly incentive based on the volume/company performance
• This position is eligible after 90 days of employment
