What You’ll Do:

Are you ready to take the reins of a dynamic parts department and drive success in a key leadership role? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Parts Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our parts department. This is a unique chance to influence the department’s profitability and efficiency while leading a dedicated team.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily operations to ensure the department’s profitability and efficiency.
• Implement effective purchasing procedures, inventory control, and security measures.
• Prepare and administer the annual operating budget, review performance reports, and monitor inventory levels to maintain financial health.
• Lead a team of parts professionals across the warehouse and parts counter sales.
• Inspire, motivate, train, and assess team members while championing high customer service standards.
• Maintain and enhance customer service quality.
• Address complaints, ensure timely availability of parts, and foster strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven managerial experience with a focus on team development.
• Ability to balance pricing policies with customer loyalty and business costs.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of supplies, equipment, and mechanical parts is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical

Compensation:

• $60,000-$70,000 annual salary + Lucrative monthly Bonus Plan
