Are you someone who loves to work for a good cause? We have a great temp-to-hire opportunity for a local client. You will enter and process payroll for employees. This is a new position, and they are looking to add a great person to their team! They are a local nonprofit who provide exceptional educational programs throughout several counties.
DESCRIPTION
-Audit timecards and process paychecks
-Data enter data into payroll system and HRIS
-Reconcile payroll and discrepancies
-Assist employees with payroll related questions
-Process monthly accounts receivable invoices
-Bill vendors per contract requirements
-Enter data and record into QuickBooks
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS (Skills/Experience/Education) CALL TO ACTION
- QuickBooks experience
- Paycom experience a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and/or general accounting.
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
