Local office is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve civil documents in the Southeast Idaho area (St. Anthony, ID to Pocatello, ID) in a FULL-TIME and permanent position . (30-40 hours per week/5 days a week. Hours may vary depending on workload) .

This position consists of the employee driving throughout Southeast Idaho delivering documents to individuals. Hours of operation will vary throughout the day (Varying between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm). Evenings and weekends are required.

Company vehicle is provided and serving can only be done in that vehicle.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

• Entering addresses into a GPS mapping app using a desktop computer and using your cellular device for GPS use;
• Recording video when on duty;
• Serve legal documents within a timely manner;
• Prepare Affidavits and invoices;
• Meeting general and high priority deadlines;
• Meeting weekly and monthly service goals;
• Manage reports associated with service of legal documents assigned; and
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the process server vehicle (Maintenance is paid for by DocuServe).

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Valid driver's license;
• Clean driving record;
• Good computer skills;
• Experience with Microsoft Word and excel;
• Organizational and planning skills; and
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

Experience is preferred but is not necessary. On the job training is available.

Pay ranges from $2,500.00-$4,000.00 per month. Pay is on a "per serve" basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
