Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and design intent.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and communication.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing luxury custom home projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-focused approach.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and high-end material procurement.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with waterfront or estate-style homes.
• Background in high-end condo renovations.
• Knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes.
