Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Buyer's Agent to join our growing top producing team. As a Buyer's Agent, you will work closely with clients to guide them through the process of finding, evaluating, and purchasing residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and committed to delivering an exceptional home-buying experience. This is a commission-based position -earnings are limitless! Responsibilities Lead generate for 15 hours a week Conduct 6-8 open houses monthly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
