Job Description

Openwork is assisting a local Tech company located in Kennesaw, GA that is seeking an energetic and strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize sales processes, drive business growth, and empower sales teams to succeed.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the coordination of sales activities, implement innovative strategies, and leverage technology to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) markets and outside sales channels.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales data.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate leads and support business development initiatives.
  • Oversee account management activities to strengthen client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement or new market entry.
  • Facilitate technical sales efforts by providing product expertise, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals with a focus on technology solutions.
