Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Washington DC (Hybrid)

3 day's onsite and 2 day's remote

Duration: 12 months

Education Level:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related IT field or equivalent work experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• +2 years' experience in building, deploying, and supporting salesforce applications and platform solutions.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce application development.
• Experience with web programming including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience of custom solutions on Salesforce platform working with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL
• Experience building REST APIs for external systems integrations
• Experience with object-oriented programming design patterns and Salesforce data modeling best practices
• Experience developing reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Experience with JIRA or Agile platform for collaborating with multiple teams and source control system like Git/SVN.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders
• Experience in multi-cloud architectures and AWS cloud development is a plus
• Experience on a call center setup within Salesforce is plus.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and knowledgeable are plus.

Agentforce / Einstein Copilot knowledge is a plus.
