Senior React Developer Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

The Company :

Our client is a software product company, developing an innovative IPTV/OTT TV platform for video storage and streaming. Due to their gradual and sustained growth, we are actively looking for talented and enthusiastic Senior React Developer to join their team.

The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker, an excellent communicator, with passion for the OTT revolution. You will be part of a highly collaborative development process and will be writing leading-edge code.

The Role:

• Build next-gen Desktop, Mobile and TV UI using React
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design scalable architecture that meets the business requirements and allows future growth
• Take responsibility and technical ownership over the product and the code being produced
• Work closely with our product and design teams to build a new and innovative application experience
• Focus on technical leadership, engineering quality, and execution of product development

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on web and frontend development, 3+ of them with extensive experience in React
• Experience with TanStack (Router, Quarry), Redux and/or Jotai
• Have detailed hands-on experience of web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript), Tailwind, Styled Components ,Application Servers, Web Applications
• Have in-depth understanding of application performance and scalability
• Value great user experience and understand the trade-offs involved in building it
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of the best coding practices and standards

Nice to Have:

• Experience with hls.js library or building a web app with video streaming capabilities
