What We're Looking For

You are:

• A strong communicator in both Spanish and English
• Motivated to learn and grow in the insurance industry
• A team player with attention to detail and a drive to succeed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
• Reliable, self-directed, and responsible
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll receive thorough training and mentorship to build a strong foundation in claims adjusting. Responsibilities include:

• Learning the fundamentals of claims handling through structured training
• Investigating auto insurance claims and determining coverage
• Drafting professional correspondence, negotiating settlements, and resolving claims
• Responding to inquiries from policyholders, producers, attorneys, and regulatory bodies
• Managing a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and complexity
• Contributing to a positive, team-based work culture
• Assisting with additional projects as needed
