Our client is opening of a brand new school dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to young children on the autism spectrum, starting from the age of 5 and up. The mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Position Overview: We are seeking a kind-hearted and compassionate full-time teachers with a strong background in childhood development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions to support children on the autism spectrum.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, parents, and other educators, to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to achieve educational goals.
• Provide a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Childhood Development, Special Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum- preferred
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
