Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer with extensive experience in both React and Vue.js to join our development team. This is a leadership role where you will not only contribute to hands-on development but also guide and mentor a team of developers to build and scale high-quality frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clean code, user-centric design, and leading teams to success while constantly staying ahead of frontend trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and architecture of complex web applications using React and Vue.js .
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend developers) to deliver seamless, high-performance user interfaces.
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and high-quality output.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring code standards and best practices were followed to maintain a clean and maintainable codebase.
• Design and implement reusable UI components and libraries to enhance development efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Take ownership of front-end projects, driving them from conception to deployment while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and trends to ensure our development processes remain modern and efficient.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend performance issues to ensure fast and responsive web applications.
• Provide leadership in setting technical direction, defining best practices, and scaling frontend development workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and Vue.js .
• Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and coordinating frontend development efforts across projects.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Webpack, and state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and version control systems (Git).
• In-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles , ensuring the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest , Mocha , or Cypress .
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and an iterative development approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks (Angular, Svelte, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and server-side rendering (e.g., Nuxt.js, Next.js).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
