Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Travel Reservations Agent to join our team. No prior experience is necessary just a passion for travel and a willingness to learn! In this role you will assist clients with their travel bookings including flights hotels car rentals and tours. If youre motivated enjoy helping others and love travel this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking flights hotels car rentals tours and other travel arrangements.
  
• Provide clients with travel recommendations and advice based on their preferences and needs.
  
• Confirm and manage travel reservations ensuring all details are accurate.
  
• Handle inquiries via phone email and online chat responding promptly and professionally.
  
• Resolve travelrelated issues such as schedule changes cancellations or other trip complications.
  
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel destinations special offers and travel trends.
  
• Work closely with vendors including airlines hotels and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients.
