The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in our operations by overseeing the efficient management of our warehouse and logistics functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve inventory control and workflow.
• Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and warehouse best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceuticals industry.
• Proficient in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
