HF Foods Group Inc. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily workflow of the warehouse and ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts
• Hires and trains new warehouse employees
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
• Completes all required management reports
• Executes maintenance activities when needed
• Organizes pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
• Communicates warehouse concerns and safety issues to the general manager
• Abides by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable federal, state, local, and company safety rules, regulations, and procedures
• Supports corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
• Other duties as assigned by management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse
• Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Drug Screening will be REQUIRED

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.

Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• 3+ years of experience working with cooler/freezer storage
