Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. $25 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise legal documents according to the task list and attorney request
• Ability to take ownership of projects and manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Compile and analyze data and legal research
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
• Assist attorneys with forming and filing new business entities
• Drafting Operating Agreements and Written Actions

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
• Talented communicator and writer
• Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
• 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
