With those goals in mind, LaSalle Network is hiring a Recruiting Leader to oversee our Accounting & Finance Direct Hire team in our Chicago office. Recruiting Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-energy and collaborative environment

• Drive team success by coaching, mentoring, and setting aggressive yet achievable revenue and placement goals

• Partner strategically with internal sales team to manage client relationships and deliver top-tier accounting & finance talent

• Oversee job order delegation and sourcing strategies to maximize efficiency and results

• Work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to drive consistent growth within your division

Recruiting Leader Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in third-party recruiting or another sales-driven environment

• Previous leadership experience with a track record of hitting revenue and/or placement goals

• Strong business acumen and ability to build and manage client relationships

• A passion for coaching and developing teams in a high-performance, fast-paced setting

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

• Must be willing to work onsite Monday-Thursday; remote flexibility on Fridays

Please note that the salary range posted is the total compensation package, and this role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus plan.
