A leading multi-billion-dollar asset manager, renowned for its strong culture and exceptional internal growth opportunities, is seeking an RFP Manag er to join its Investor Relations team and oversee all aspects of the RFP process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of RFP writing experience within the alternative investment industry.

In-Office Policy: 5 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire questionnaire and RFP process from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Oversee responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, coordinating efforts with internal teams and a third-party vendor.
• Ensure accuracy in content, grammar, and formatting while strategically positioning the firm and its products to align with investor needs.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across Client Relationship Management, Product Management, Investments, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to develop customized, accurate responses.
• Maintain and update the firm’s internal database, ensuring content is current and approved.
• Retrieve and analyze data for quantitative sections, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor industry and firm-specific changes to refine responses accordingly.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
• Drive process and technology improvements for scalable solutions.
• Expand writing contributions to editorial projects, including commentaries, thought leadership, and corporate communications.
