Salary: $19 / Hour Instructional Aide - Covina Area Pay: $18-$21 per hour (DOE) Full Time (M-F) We are currently hiring Instructional Aides to support students with autism and other special needs in school settings throughout the Covina area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. Position Overview: As an Instructional Aide, you will work under the supervision of special education staff and classroom teachers to provide direct support to students with autism. Responsibilities may include academic assistance, behavior support, and helping students with personal care or mobility needs as directed by licensed professionals. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Must be at least 18 years of age + Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly preferred + Ability to follow professional standards and school protocols + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB clearance: questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable) + Valid health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements If you are patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting students with autism in a school environment, we encourage you to apply.
