Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Oakland, CA, for a Senior Regional Property Manager. The role involves overseeing multiple residential properties, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional experience for residents. Responsibilities include supervising property managers, budgeting, implementing cost-control strategies, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Senior Regional Property Manager collaborates across departments to enhance service delivery and drive long-term community success.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in property management, budget development, and cost control.
Leadership and team management abilities, including experience supervising diverse teams and maintaining high levels of teamwork and accountability.
Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail in property operations and project management.
Proficiency with property management software or other technology tools used for operations, reporting, and automation.
Possess deep knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management and building operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in multi-site property management or regional portfolio oversight is highly desirable.
